Candidate Questionnaire

A brief questionnaire is sent to candidates, covering key questions about job fit that are usually reserved for interviews (e.g., years of experience, salary expectations, job scope, etc.). This approach enables you to prioritize and focus on the most relevant candidates.

Cognitive Test

Personality Questionnaire
